Essence of Manchester captured in cocktail form

Leading mixologist Charlie McCarthy has teamed up with World Duty Free & Biza Tax and Duty Free to create the Thoroughly Modern Manchester Mojito, inspired by the essence and spirit of the city as one of the most cultural and vibrant places in the UK – the ideal place to raise a cocktail!

Unique, cool and vibrant, this cocktail is a twist on a classic – like contemporary Manchester. The addition of a hint of pear picks out the light tropical fruit and vanilla notes in this white rum, to produce a delicious take on the iconic Cuban cocktail.
