Brasserie Blanc serves up Strawberry Smash dessert for Wimbledon

Brasserie Blanc is welcoming in the summer by serving up a limited-edition Wimbledon dessert – the Strawberry Smash just in time for the British tennis season.
For two weeks only, fans can enjoy a French twist on the traditional Strawberries and Cream combination. A strawberry Vacherin with layers of meringue, Strawberries and Cream ice cream created by innovative, British ice cream brand, Jude's, delicate Chantilly cream and, of course, fresh strawberries. The dish is topped with Brasserie Blanc's home-made strawberry marshmallows and strawberry and Lanson Champagne coulis for the ultimate Wimbledon indulgence.
For a winning combination, the dessert is best served with a glass of Champagne or a fruity Pimm's at your local Brasserie Blanc.
Available come rain or shine, the Strawberry Smash priced at £6.50 will be available at all Brasserie Blanc sites from 1st-14th July. New berries please...
