Sakana Pan Asian is hosting an eagerly anticipated PA networking event for a selection of corporate businesses in the Manchester area on Wednesday 4th Feb. The event will showcase a sushi making masterclass, and mixologists demonstrating a colourful selection of cocktails, bringing together the essence of ‘Sakana’ – Enjoying alcohol with food.

The restaurant is situated just off Deansgate on Peter Street, in the heart of Manchester city centre. Previously Chicago Rock Café, the venue has had a £1 million renovation to bring a vibrant, elegant and sociable destination for people looking to dine in beautiful surroundings. The 440 cover restaurant boasts two bars, sociable dining, fine dining and private dining locations as well as a mezzanine floor overlooking the open plan kitchen which takes centre stage in the restaurant to add a theatrical flair to the guest dining experience.

The event will commence with a champagne cocktail reception in the sumptuous bar area, then guests will be taken to the second floor bar for a series of master classes on how to make sushi accompanied with a variety of sexy cocktails and live entertainment will be played throughout the evening. Guests will also have the chance to win a complimentary dining experience for six members of staff from their company for the best sushi dish marked on taste and presentation by the Head Chef.

The event welcomes all corporate businesses in the Manchester area, showcasing the new restaurant concept which also caters for large group bookings, corporate luncheons, private dining and exclusive parties.

All attendees will receive a Sakana Loyalty Card which offers a 10% discount on all food and drinks and leave with a mini Bento box to take away. Any group bookings made on the night for eight or more guests, will also be given a 20% discount on corporate dining.
