Three Wine Men are coming to Manchester in July

Three of the biggest names in the wine tasting world are hosting an event at Manchester Town Hall in July, so get your taste buds ready!

Three Wine Men are coming to Manchester in JulyFamiliar to many from their appearances on TV and radio they are Oz Clarke (the one who got James May to move from beer to wine), Olly Smith (aka Jolly Olly – Radio 2’s wine guru) and Tim Atkin MW (wine expert on Saturday Kitchen) and together they are the Three Wine Men.

The summer tasting event takes place on Friday, July 4 and Saturday, July 5 at Manchester Town Hall – so get that date in your diaries now. There are three sessions: 5.30pm to 8.30pm on Friday, July 4; and 11am to 3pm and 4pm to 7.30pm on Saturday, July 5. Remember you will need two different tickets for each session on Saturday.

The tone of the event is driven by the attitude of the Three Wine Men – unpretentious, no-nonsense and fuelled by a genuine love of wine. They want to get everyone trying new wines and understanding how to choose a good wine.

Oz, Olly and Tim are completely hands-on throughout the events, chatting to visitors and encouraging visitors to try new wines, beers, drinks and food.

For those who want to learn more there are masterclasses where they can be guided through a range of elegant Australians, iconic Italian Chianti Classico and Prosecco or master the art of matching wine with cheese.

Tickets are £25 per session and you can buy them from HERE:
