TO welcome the lighter and warmer evenings, award-winning Brazilian restaurant Fazenda is introducing a new ‘Bar Petiscos’ menu in May, along with an updated drinks menu.

Already famous for its 15 mouthwatering cuts of meat accompanied by the finest of wines, Fazenda is introducing a new menu of delicious Brazilian snacks known as Petiscos, which offer a variety of tasty lighter choices available in the bar and outside area throughout the day.

You can expect traditional nibbles such as Picantonas (very hot sweet potato wedges) and Pao de Queijo (cheese bread balls) as well as heartier petisco dishes like Coxinhas (Brazilian beef croquettes) and Pasteis (honey pork belly and tomato prawn empanadas). 

Smaller sweet options to enjoy are also on offer, such as mini chocolate churros and Brigadeiros (Brazilian fudge balls).

The updated drinks menu features a wider selection of wines, with the addition of Benegas Don Tiburcio 2012, a powerful yet fruity blend. Fazenda’s passion for excellent wine is shown by the range of bottles catering for all tastes stored in the beautiful wine room.

New signature cocktails have also been created, such as the refreshing Pisco Paloma, a South American twist on a classic.
