Matt will be combining various techniques in his installation by creating sculptures and painting directly onto the walls and his work will be featured until november 20. His work draws on his rural heritage, fusingbucolic, psychedelic landscapes with a symbolic treatment of animals, beautiful characters and fairy-tale like narratives

It is an honour to be part of wagamama’s project bringing art to diners, and I hope everyone has a great time joining the debate and critiquing my work!

‘waxwings and the fjord’

Matt Sewell has also created a limited edition of just 25 giclee’s with vanish on finer art paper entitled ‘waxwings and the fjord’ for the art and eat project. Each is priced at £99, with allproceeds going to the artist.
